• Payment Information: Your payment transactions are managed by our third-party payment service provider, Paddle (https://paddle.com/). We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it or as required to comply with our legal obligations.

All details, metadata related to count results, and recordings of the count moment may be stored to improve our service quality (especially for artificial intelligence model training and improvement) and unless you request their deletion.

In providing our Services, we reserve the right to store or process your data on servers or cloud systems located outside of Turkey. In such a case, we will take necessary measures to ensure that your data is adequately protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Currently, data is primarily stored in Turkey.

The primary purpose of our Service is animal counting, and it is expected that people do not enter the camera's field of view; this is requested from our customers. However, in exceptional cases (e.g., farm employees), it is possible for people to be unintentionally included in the images.
